How It Works

      Free 30-day trial

      Your 30-day trial includes a formatting and quality check. Well review your book and send you our standard  layout guide and give you feedback if it needs work. During the trial, you will have access to ebook features only(ebook listing only), Upload, ISBN purchase, and dashboard tools.

      After trial, full subscription unlocks paperback and hardcover listings alongside ebook.

      Note: INTERNATIONAL ISBN AGENCY guidelines require each format to have its own ISBN  

1. Choose Your Plan (All plans include both ebook & print listings on Books to Gifts Publishing website)

   Select the publishing plan that fits your needs — Starter, Growth, or Pro Spotlight — based on how many books you want listed and how much exposure you’d like.

2. Submit Your Book Details

   Provide your book’s metadata, including title, author name, genre, and synopsis. This helps us categorize and promote your book effectively.

3. Upload Your Files

   Upload your PDF and EPUB file along with your front cover image (required). A rear cover image is optional but recommended for full wraparound design, especially for paperbacks.

4. Purchase an ISBN (If Needed)

   If you don’t already have an ISBN, you can purchase one separately through our Portable ISBN Packs page. ISBNs are processed within 24–48 hours.

Once submitted and approved, your book will be published on our website and integrated into our advertising algorithm for added exposure.

 Print Cost Note: As an author, you can purchase copies of your book at base cost — meaning you only pay for printing and shipping. The same applies to customer purchases: printing and shipping are deducted per sale, and you keep 100% of the royalties.

 Processing Fee: A $29 setup fee applies per book, but this fee is waived for monthly plan subscribers.

Royalty Structure & Payment Information:

• You keep 100% of your net royalties.

  Net = sale price minus printing/shipping costs (print formats only).

• Royalty reports are prepared monthly—detailing sales, formats, deductions, and total earnings.

• Payments processed once per month, via PayPal only, until additional payout methods are available.

• No set payout date. Payments are sent within the first half of each month for the previous month’s sales.

• You’ll receive your report and payment together. If you don’t have a PayPal account yet, please set one up before submitting your affiliate information.

  Growth and Pro Spotlight plans include promotion on our social media platforms and exposure through our internal advertising system.

  We format, upload, and prepare your book for listing. You simply provide the manuscript, metadata, and cover.
